Most of our smart toilets and bidets are designed for easy installation by a licensed plumber
or contractor. Each product includes detailed installation instructions and, where
applicable, technical drawings. For larger projects, our trade support team can assist with
product specifications and compatibility guidance.
Most products ship within 3–7 business days, depending on supplier stock. Delivery
typically takes 7–14 business days from order confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll
receive a tracking link via email and SMS. For urgent projects, please contact us to discuss
expedited or white-glove delivery options.
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Due to
hygiene standards, installed or used products cannot be returned unless defective. If your
order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact support@smarttoiletstore.com immediately
with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
